Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver all of our products to all 50 US states. We take all the steps to
make delivery of your order a fast and easy process. Buyers will be contacted via
telephone and e-mail to arrange convenient time for delivery.
We offer deliveries on weekends and after business hours as well.
Q: What is your delivery rate?
A: Our delivery rate to most areas of NJ, NY, PA sates is a low fee of $69. We do
NOT charge extra delivery fees for additional items. Most of our products are in
stock. Delivery for special order items varies from $99 to $149. For shipping
rates to other sates please contact our professional staff and they will assist you.
Q: How long does it take to deliver my furniture?
A: Most of our furniture is usually delivered in 2-3 business days once the order
was placed. Majority of our products are in stock, but if the item is not in stock it
normally takes 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Q: What if the product delivered is damaged?
A: All of our orders are inspected before they leave the warehouse. In addition
when our driver delivers your furniture, he will unpack it and inspect in your
presence. This will guarantee that all the furniture delivered is intact. Orders
shipped via a career will need to be inspected upon delivery. If the damage is
identified, please mark it on the bill of lading and call us right away for assistance.
